
Higher wages than other companies motivate employees to leave

The increase in voluntary turnover in companies in 2021 is due to better conditions offered and higher wages by other employers. This is acknowledged by about 85% of all surveyed employers from different business sectors in our country in a survey of ManpowerGroup Bulgaria.

Voluntary turnover is highest in the field of telecommunications, followed by shared service centers. Only 3.33% of the employees in the field of “Healthcare” have chosen to change their jobs last year.
