
A new e-service is available to citizens from the DAEU portal

A new e-service “Extension of the term for payment of survivors’ pensions after presentation of a student document” has been published on the Portal for access to electronic administrative services of the State Agency for Electronic Government.
The service is available in the section “Service providers” – “Others established by law” – NSSI. For electronic application of the service, users must have a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and a profile in the Electronic Delivery System of DAEU.
The necessary documents are an application and a document from the educational institution, proving the quality of the student. It should be signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES) of the educational institution.
After certifying the quality of the student, the payment of the granted survivor’s pension by the National Social Security Institute continues. No fees are paid for the e-service, clarified by DAEU.
