Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba commented on the decree signed by President Volodymyr Zelensky on “Questions of coordination of the state’s foreign policy.”
He wrote about this in his Facebook.
Kuleba recalled that on December 22, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the coordinating role of the Foreign Ministry in foreign policy and called on “not to twist it.”
“This is not a decree on who can comment on what. The first paragraph of the decree refers to the official position of the state, and three people are responsible for making official statements on behalf of the state, “he explained.

Kuleba stressed that different people, authorized to do so in the prescribed manner, can and will comment on foreign policy.
“And the attempts now to impose the opinion that the head of the President’s Office or the speaker of the Foreign Ministry cannot give comments is a distortion of reality,” the minister added.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has determined who can make official statements and comments on Ukraine’s foreign policy.
