According to the expert’s forecast, salaries will grow more actively in 2022 and more vacancies will appear.
The labor market in Ukraine in 2022 should revive after the “turbulent” 2021, says employment expert Valentina Bardadym.
She expressed this opinion on the air of the TV channel “Ukraine 24“.
“It seems to me that 2021 was turbulent in comparison with what it was in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic – when everything was closed en masse, people were transferred to part-time, that is, a time when there were few vacancies and many applicants. 2021 is the year has leveled a little, and in 2022 we can hope that there will be more salaries and more vacancies, businesses will expand, “she says.
According to the expert, in addition to the IT sphere, agribusiness and manufacturing will be popular in Ukraine.

“For Ukraine, these are very popular areas where you can develop and look for a job,” she notes.
Earlier it was reported that in 2021, employers most often looked for specialists to work in such areas as sales, IT and banks and investments.
The largest number of vacancies in 2021 was opened for sales professionals, where the number of offers increased by 137% (57.4 thousand vacancies). The second place is taken by the IT sphere with an increase of 91% (50.1 thousand), the third – banks and investments with an increase of 157% (26.1 thousand).
The top 5 in terms of the number of vacancies this year also included the areas of marketing and advertising, where the number of offers increased by 68% (22.3 thousand) and transport and logistics with an increase of 174% (20.2 thousand).
