The most active in the midst of the celebrations were applicants from Kiev. A total of 1,520 people from Kiev edited their resumes. The second place in activity is taken by applicants from the Donetsk region (370), the third place is taken by applicants from Kharkov and the region (239), the fourth place is taken by the Dnieper and the region (229), and at the end of the five leaders is Odessa and the region – 192 applicants.
“Oddly enough, the most active in job search were representatives of top management (540 CVs). In second place are students and young professionals (385 CVs), third – IT specialists (323 CVs), fourth – marketing specialists , advertising and PR (260 CVs). Qualified specialists in production and agriculture (256 CVs) are at the bottom of the five most active applicants, “the message says.
During the last hours of 2021, a security director from Kiev, a bank employee from Chernivtsi, a designer-artist from Drohobych, a web designer from Kiev, and a pharmacist from Poltava created or edited their resumes.
In the first hours of the new 2022, a resume was posted by a financial manager and correspondent journalist from Kiev, a head of the sales department from Kharkov, a sales manager from Odessa and an assistant manager from Dnipro.
As for employers, during the last working day of last year, 10,203 vacancies were posted on the grc.ua HR portal. The labor market did not stop even on the first day of 2022: on January 1, another 3,290 vacancies were added, including bakers, a financial specialist for accounting for international companies and others.
Most of the offers during the holiday period were for sales specialists (4,783 vacancies), IT specialists (2,226 vacancies) and for students and persons without work experience (1,741 vacancies). Most of all they are looking for workers in Kiev – 5 472 vacancies. Dnepropetrovsk region is on the second place (1,280 vacancies), on the third – Kharkiv region (891 vacancies). The fourth place is taken by the Kiev region (761 vacancies). Odessa region closes the top five, where 707 workers were looking for during the holiday period.
At the same time, employers were more active than job seekers during the holidays – in the period from December 31 to January 2, there were more current vacancies in general than added or updated resumes.
