Ukraine is capable of pushing the enemy back to the February 23 line by the end of the year, the expert believes.
Former commander of US forces in Europe, retired general and expert at the Washington-based Center for European Policy Analysis Ben Hodges expects active hostilities in Ukraine with Russia to continue into the winter.
