In Ukraine, the number of cases of the spread of covid is growing.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, this is on air telethon said Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko.
“We record a gradual increase in cases over the past week, 2,800 cases of covid were recorded. A week before that, there were just over 2,000 cases, a week earlier, 1,800 cases of the disease were recorded. At the same time, the bed load on hospitals is insignificant, at the level 4%,” Lyashko said.
According to him, covid has thrown the whole world back 10 years in terms of antimicrobial resistance. There was uncontrolled use at the first manifestations of pneumonia and significantly increased the number of microbes that are not sensitive to antibiotics.
He also said that almost 10 thousand electronic prescriptions for antibiotics were issued during the week of the implementation of the new initiative.
“Most of all electronic prescriptions were issued in the city of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions. Prescriptions are written by our doctors in those territories where active hostilities are taking place and in temporarily occupied territories,” he said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, coronavirus is raging again in Ukraine. Several regions reported a sharp increase in the number of patients at once. In Bukovina, twice as many patients have already been found in a month than at the beginning of summer. And in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the sad statistics increased by 20%, and this is only in the last week. From a new wave of coronavirus, which can cover Ukraine in the fall, only vaccinations will save, doctors say.
