Along with the Ukrainian troops and the state flag of Ukraine, ordinary normal life also enters the de-occupied territory.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky notes that in the liberated Balakliya and Grakovo, pensions are paid to citizens immediately in 5 months.
The head of state said this in an evening address published on the social network Facebook.
“It is very important that together with our troops, with our flag, ordinary normal life enters the de-occupied territory. As an example, in Balakleya, in Grakovo, the issuance of pensions has already begun immediately for five months, for a time when we simply could not make payments due to the occupation. And all Ukrainian pensioners in the liberated territory will receive payments. Ukraine always fulfills its social obligations to people,” the President stressed.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on September 7, the Ukrainian military fired s. Grakovo in Chuguevsky district of Kharkiv region.
On September 8, Balakleya was liberated from the invaders.
