According to him, Ukraine has shown that the high-quality use of weapons received from partners on the battlefield gives results.
The beginning of the Lend-Lease for Ukraine, which, as you know, should start working from October 1, will not significantly change the pace and volume of arms supplies for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed by Major General of the SBU Viktor Yagun on air FREEDOM.
“The system of payment and the system of our settlement with allies will simply change. And deliveries (weapons – UNIAN) will go in the same volumes. The logistics have already been worked out to such an extent that everything will be very clear and without delay,” Yagun said.
According to him, Ukraine has shown that the high-quality use of weapons received from partners on the battlefield gives results that no one really hoped for, except for the Ukrainians themselves.
As for long-range ATACMS missiles and whether the United States can really transfer them to the Ukrainian military, Yagun expressed confidence that they are ready.
“This decision has already been made. I do not even rule out that we may already have them,” the SBU general intrigued.
Recall, earlier it was reported that the United States is still not inclined to provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with long-range ATACMS missiles, which they have been requesting for several months.
