331 deputies voted for the adoption of the relevant bill.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law according to which the presence of three or more children under the age of 18 in a serviceman will become the basis for exemption from service.
This was announced by People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his Telegram– channel.
According to him, 331 deputies voted for the adoption of the relevant bill No. 7678.
The relevant bill provides for amendments to the law of Ukraine “On military duty and military service” for additional grounds for dismissal from military service during martial law.
In particular, it is proposed to include the presence of three or more children under the age of 18 among such grounds.
As you know, mobilization in Ukraine has been ongoing since February 24, 2022 due to the full-scale invasion of Russia. It applies to men from 18 to 60 years old.
Earlier it was reported that those liable for military service in Ukraine have a legal opportunity to refuse to receive a summons, but this can be done only in a few cases.
