As a result of the rocket attack on the Dnieper, two children died, their mother and grandmother – the family of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The dog miraculously survived, but was injured.
Russian invaders fired at the private sector of the Dnieper. As a result of a rocket attack on a private house on the night of September 29, four people were killed: two children, their mother and grandmother. Miraculously, only a dog, named Crimea, survived.
As Boris Filatov, mayor of Dnipro, told in Telegramhe sat on the ruins and waited for the owners.
As noted, the family lived on Polya Avenue in the Dnieper. However, since the beginning of the war, the woman decided to move her children to the private sector of the Dnieper, to her grandmother. It was there on the night of September 29 that a Russian rocket flew in.
“The funnel that you all saw in the photographs is about 8 by 10 meters. People literally evaporated. Grandmother Alla, mother Natasha, daughter Vasilisa, 12 years old, and boy Ivan, 8 years old. And little dog Jack. No. I will be frank to the end “Some didn’t just evaporate. They were found on neighbors’ roofs. On neighboring streets,” Filatov wrote.
The house is completely destroyed. The mayor of Dnipro notes that after the tragedy, only the dog Krym survived, howling on the ruins. Also, Natalya’s husband and the father of the children, who now serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, arrived at the scene of the tragedy.
“When the rescuers arrived, the old dog Krym was sitting on the ruins. And he howled … and as a result, his father arrived. He serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Near Liman. Can I not continue further?” – Filatov said.
The dog was taken away by employees of the public utility “Zoocontrol”. Because of the shelling, he received a concussion.
“They took the dog away, he is under medical supervision. Contusion, heart failure. He is very scared,” told in zoocontrol.
We add that the father of the family is a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He serves near Liman, Donetsk region.
