Three countries may oppose Ukraine’s entry into NATO, the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine believes.
Due to the fact that Ukraine has applied for membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), a split in the Alliance itself is possible in an expedited manner.
Hungary may categorically oppose the admission of Ukraine to NATO, told military expert – Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the reserve Oleg Zhdanov.
According to him, Germany and Greece can also oppose the entry of our country into the Alliance.
“… I do not rule out the possibility that this (Ukraine’s application – Ed.) may now split NATO itself. And this may become, as it were, the starting point for the collapse of the North Atlantic bloc, because, and I have no doubt that such countries, like Hungary, they can categorically oppose the admission of Ukraine to NATO. Greece and Germany can also be suspected … “, Zhdanov warned.
An attempt by the Russian Federation to annex parts of a number of regions of Ukraine and Ukraine’s application to join NATO on an accelerated basis – this is worth knowing

The inhabitants of the occupied territories were forced by the enemies to vote at gunpoint. The opponent “drew” the results of the pseudo-voting – allegedly, the absolute majority of the participants in the “referendums” voted “for”.
In particular, Ukraine, the US and the EU have already announced that they will not recognize the results of the pseudo-voting.
On September 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the annexation of parts of four regions of the Ukrainian state.
After that, it became known that Ukraine applied for NATO membership on an accelerated basis.
Later, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that for Ukraine to join the Alliance, such a decision must be supported by all 30 member states of the bloc.
