The negotiations for the delivery of the equipment for the video broadcasting of the elections have been concluded

The national system integrator “Information Service” JSC has successfully completed negotiations for the delivery of technical devices and provision of mobile connectivity for real-time video surveillance and video recording after the end of election day on April 2, 2023.
By the end of the deadline – March 10, 2023, offers were submitted by the three mobile operators A1, Vivacom and Yettel. The commission evaluated the bids of the invited participants and conducted negotiations under a negotiation procedure without prior announcement on the basis of Art. 79, para. 1, item 4 of the Civil Code.
The Commission appointed contractors for the three separate positions as follows:
- Featured Item 1 Contractor – Vivacom
- Featured Item 2 Contractor – Yettel
- Executor of specific position 3 – A1
Contracts are to be signed with the three participants in the public procurement, and the mobile devices, the stands for the stationary placement of the devices and the data SIM cards with ensured mobile connectivity for each specific item must be delivered to the “Information Service” by March 21, 2023.
The three operators have offered the technical device – Motorola E13, which meets the specifications in the technical documentation.
