The Russian invaders did not fulfill their promise to begin the restoration of Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region. Hired workers are paid by the invaders with food.
“The occupiers have not started the promised large-scale restoration of the city,” said the head of the city, Alexander Stryuk, on the Espresso TV channel.
According to him, the remaining residents of the city can buy essential goods at prices two to three times higher.
“For hired labor, the invaders gave workers humanitarian aid instead of money,” the official summed up.
