“EU foreign ministers should be able to sign their ammunition plan for Ukraine tomorrow – with the goal of supplying 1 million artillery shells for Kiev over the next 12 months. Impressive Estonian diplomatic work, thanks to which the matter got off the ground,” Jozwiak said.

Ammunition for Ukraine

In February, the Financial Times reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces fire more than 5,000 artillery shells daily. Because of this volume, partner countries do not have time to replenish their stocks.
