Intelligence confirmed the liquidation of the organizer of torture in the Kherson region Moskalenko
According to media reports, the collaborator’s car was blown up on March 17.

Recently, a traitor to Ukraine Serhiy Moskalenko, who was the organizer of torture in the Kherson region, was liquidated in the temporarily occupied territory.
According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the traitor, born in 1978, was a resident of Nova Kakhovka and the owner of a local security firm.
“During the occupation, he cooperated with the Russians and got the position of the so-called head of the pre-trial detention center, where inhuman tortures were performed on captured Ukrainians,” the statement said.
On March 18, the Novaya Kakhovka. Situ publication reported the death of a local collaborator, the owner of the Novokakhovka security company Jaguar, Sergei Moskalenko.
According to the information, the car of the collaborator was blown up on March 17 in the evening after he drove away from the building of the village council of the Yubileyny Kherson region.

It is also noted that in September 2022, the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office informed Moskalenko in absentia about suspicion of collaboration activities – voluntary employment in an illegal law enforcement agency created in the temporarily occupied territory (part 7 of article 111-1 of the Criminal Code).
According to the publication, the death of Moskalenko points to deep internal conflicts between local collaborators and representatives of the occupation administrations. In particular, among the claims against Moskalenko were accusations of embezzling loot from local residents without the consent of the “higher leadership.”
