A state of emergency has been introduced in occupied Dzhankoy after yesterday’s explosions.

“Power” introduced a state of emergency in Dzhankoy. At the same time, the air defense allegedly “repelled all threats and everything is under control” (according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, enemy Caliber cruise missiles were destroyed by explosions in Dzhankoy – UNIAN),” said Vladislav Nazarov, spokesman for the “South” operational command.

He noted that all railway lines of the occupied Crimea converge in Dzhankoy. Disabling this node will paralyze the supplies of both the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation and the groups of invaders in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on March 20, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that explosions in the city of Dzhankoy in the north of the temporarily occupied Crimea destroyed enemy Caliber cruise missiles transported by rail.

On March 21, the head of the Joint Coordinating Press Center of the Southern Security and Defense Forces, Natalya Gumenyuk, said on the air of an informational telethon that the explosions in the city of Dzhankoy indicate that the Russian invaders should start leaving the Ukrainian Crimea. According to her, the Russian occupiers did not mention the destruction of Caliber NK missiles in Dzhankoy in their reaction, because this does not contribute to their image.

Gumenyuk noted that the occupiers attribute all explosions to air defense and are trying to convince the population of the temporarily occupied Crimea that “everything is going according to plan.”
