Night attack of Russian drones: the General Staff told the details of the insidious strike of the invaders

At night, the enemy launched another massive air strike from the Shahed-136 UAV. Air defense forces destroyed 16 drones out of 21 launched by the enemy.

“This night, March 22, the enemy launched another massive air strike by the Shahed-136 UAV. According to preliminary information, 16 of the 21 drones launched by the enemy were destroyed by our defenders,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement.

The General Staff notes that the threat of strikes remains throughout Ukraine. The message says that the Russian aggressor does not cease to ignore the laws and customs of war, shelling settlements, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.

“Over the past 24 hours, the invaders launched 10 missile and 32 air strikes, as well as 90 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems, in particular, on civilian targets,” the General Staff said.

“Over the past day, the aircraft of the Defense Forces of Ukraine delivered 6 strikes on the concentration areas of the occupiers. At the same time, our defenders shot down 15 enemy UAVs of various types, as well as 2 X-59 guided air missiles,” the statement said.

Also, the General Staff notes that the units of the missile forces and artillery destroyed an ammunition depot, two anti-aircraft missile systems, a radar station and one other important enemy object.
