The expert predicted what will be the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine in April

Probably, the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine in April will be in the range of UAH 38-38.5/USD, the hryvnia will continue to strengthen.
“There is a big chance that the hryvnia will continue to strengthen, here we see several factors. The first is the sowing campaign, which is now actively starting,” predicts Oleksandr Parashchiy, head of the analytical department at Concorde Capital, reports Obozrevatel.
As the expert added, agrarians are actively selling their crops and their currency reserves in order to ensure the sowing season.
“Accordingly, most likely, the dollar will move down, probably for about 2-3 weeks.
The expert is confident that the situation on the foreign exchange market will largely depend on the so-called “grain deal”.

As UNIAN wrote, on March 22, the hryvnia exchange rate against the dollar in the bank exchange offices in Kyiv strengthened by 10 kopecks – up to UAH 38.80/USD. Relative to the euro, the hryvnia exchange rate weakened by 7 kopecks and amounted to 41.30 hryvnia / euro.
And the exchange rate of the cash dollar in PrivatBank fell by 5 kopecks – to UAH 38.50 per dollar. The euro exchange rate against the hryvnia has risen in price by 10 kopecks – up to UAH 41.10 / euro.
