The Russian invaders continue to prepare for a new wave of mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region. In particular, 23 “military commissariats” were created for this purpose.

“So, back on February 18, Denis Pushilin, who considers himself the head of the Donetsk region, issued a decree on registering young men in 2006. The tasks must be completed by the 23 “military registration and enlistment offices” created for this,” the Center for National Resistance reported.

It is noted that these young men, who must undergo a medical examination by the end of March, will become the basis for future mobilization into the ranks of the enemy army. In the occupied part of the region, there are almost no free persons for conscription.

“Note that mobilization on the occupied lands in any form is a violation of Article 51 of the Geneva Convention, and in fact this order is evidence of another crime of the occupiers at the WTO. At the same time, it is Pushilin who makes himself responsible for the crime with his signature and therefore in the future will be held accountable” , – emphasized in the Center.
