On the night of March 24, the Russians carried out a massive attack on the Sumy region, as a result of which two people were killed and 10 people were injured.
According to the Sumy regional military administration, the territories of the Belopolskaya, Vorozhbyanskaya, Rechkovskaya and Nikolaev settlement communities fell under night shelling from various types of weapons.
“The enemy massively shelled the city of Belopolye: an air strike was carried out, shelling from the Grad MLRS (80 arrivals) and from cannon artillery (20 arrivals). As a result of the shelling of the city of Belopolye, two people were killed, 9 were injured. schools, a residential building, multi-apartment and private houses, a hostel were damaged,” the report says.
In addition, shelling from MLRS was carried out in the city of Vorozhba, as a result of which a residential building and an outbuilding were damaged, one person was injured.
According to s. Vyry of the Rechkovo community, the invaders carried out an air strike and a kamikaze drone strike, as a result, a kindergarten, an office building were damaged, and a school building was destroyed.
Also on s. Rivers were shelled: as a result of the shelling, private houses, an administrative building and a gymnasium building were damaged.
“The Nikolaev settlement community: an air strike was carried out on an agricultural firm. Production facilities and agricultural equipment were damaged. Also at night there was a shelling of the Novoslobodskaya community. Fortunately, without consequences,” the OVA added.

It became known that Krivoy Rog of the Dnepropetrovsk region was under attack. The authorities reported that there were hits by 5 UAVs.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that on March 24, Russia hit Ukraine with drones, missiles and guided aerial bombs.
