There are network restrictions in the Zhytomyr region.
Electricity consumption is lower than the previous two days, the production is sufficient to cover the needs.
This was reported by the press service of NPC Ukrenergo on Friday, March 31. “Consumption is lower than in the previous two days, electricity generation is sufficient to meet the needs. At the same time, a sufficient reserve of capacity is maintained in the energy system. Electricity imports are insignificant,” the message says.
However, there are still network restrictions in the Zhytomyr region. Therefore, consumer shutdowns are applied, which today may be somewhat more than yesterday, due to a less sunny day and a decrease in the activity of renewable energy sources in the region.
“The difficult situation with power supply remains in the regions along the front line, where settlements are constantly being shelled by Russians and power supply networks are being damaged. Restoring power is complicated by the security situation in these regions,” the press service added.
