Two women will be judged who made fictitious documents on guardianship of the disabled and the elderly.
In Odessa, a lawyer and a friend made fictitious documents that allowed men to avoid conscription and go abroad.
According to the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, it was established that women organized a scheme according to which men of military age could leave Ukraine without interference. In particular, the malefactors made a package of forged documents for certain money, certifying the non-existent circumstances of the family life of those liable for military service. This “fact” was also confirmed by the relevant court decision.
Clients were offered a “status to choose from”. For example, the full maintenance of a person with a disability or the independent upbringing of a child who is allegedly in support. It was also possible to choose a “package” for the care of an elderly person or “papers” about maintenance and living with a person who, for health reasons, cannot live alone.
In total, law enforcement officers documented 14 such episodes of the activities of the figurants. As it became known to UNIAN, the persons mentioned in the documents (pensioners, disabled people, etc.) are quite real “characters”. Usually, the accomplices invented stories, embellishing some episodes of real life with them. So, one of the men has a small child, and they issued that the baby is brought up without a mother.
The lawyer and her accomplice were detained while receiving $5,000 from one of their clients for a court decision on guardianship of a group 2 disabled girl. In this case, the evader was “turned” into the uncle of someone else’s child.
At the moment, the prosecutor’s office has filed an indictment against the lawyer and her accomplice. They are charged with several articles of the Criminal Code: organizing the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine, receiving a bribe for influencing the adoption of a certain decision by the court and forging documents (part 3 of article 332, part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 369-2 , part 3.4 of article 358.
The head of the Poltava district court was caught in treason
Recall that today the SBU reported another scandal in which the head of the Poltava District Court became the main defendant. The woman, of her own free will, made contact with the occupiers and handed over to the enemy information about the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, thanks to her, Russia learned about the movement of Azov fighters in southern Ukraine. Now the woman is in jail.
